OBITUARIES

A. Lee Swindler

Addison Lee Swindler, 67, of Sperry ville died June 3,1971 at the Cedars Nursing Home in Charlottesville.

Mr. Swindler, a retired employe of American Viscose Company, was a native of Rappahannock County, son of the late 0. B. and Lovella Clarke Swindler.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Emma E. Swindler of Sperryville; three sons, Chief Master Sgt. A. Lee Swindler, Jr., of Omaha, Nebraska, James E. Swindler and rWilliam E. Swindler, both of .Sperryville; two brothers, Roy A. 'Swindler of Sperryville and (Russell B. Swindler of Brentwood, Md.; two sisters, Miss Barbara ^Swindler of Sperryville and Mrs. |Sadie Rowe of Cottage City, Md., and five grandchildren, i A graveside funeral service was held in the Sperryville Cemetery Saturday at 2 p.m. conducted by the Rev. Jerry Campbell.

Pallbearers were members of Washington Lodge No. 78.
