Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Payne spenl the weekend in Blacksburg where they visited their son, William, a freshman student at VPI. Mr. and Mrs. Everett Smith anc family spent Saturday ir Fredericksburg, and on Sunday were guests of Mrs. Henry Hitt at Castleton. Violet Scott ol Viewtown was a weekend guest ol the Smith family. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Priest ol Ellicott City, Md. were weekend guests here spending one nighl with Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Priest anc one with Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Priest and family. Sunday the three Mr. Priests spent the day ir Charlottesville where they visited Francis Priest, brother of Ed ward, who is a patient in the University, of Virginia Hospital Attending the Waterford toui and activities Friday were Mrs. F L. Bowey, Mrs. Stanley Settle Mrs. Charlie Priest, Mrs. James Sealock, Mrs. Douglas Perkins and Mrs. Nelson Burner.
