Mr. and Mrs. Everett Smith of Amissville announce the marriage of their daughter, Nancy Lee, to Stephen Kirk Cro^sman, son of Mr. and Mrs. William K. Crossman of Rapidan. The wedding took place Tuesday evening, September 14,1971 at the Crossman home. The bride is the granddaughter of Mrs. Henry Hitt of Castleton and of Paul Smith, Amissville. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Lillard of Rapidan and Mr. and Mrs. Louis Crossman of Catalpa are grandparents of the bridegroom. The Rev. Floyd Binns of Culpeper performed the marriage before an improvised altar decorated with lighted candles and potted white chrysanthemums.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Her floor length sleeveless gown was lace over
Martha Jefferson Hospital, Charlottesville last Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Oden were Friday overnight guests in the Anderson home. James McGovern of Arlington was a Sunday afternoon visitor of Mrs. Thelma Romaine and Mrs. ! Perle Coffey.
