Washington, D.C., after two-months absense due to illness. Mr. and Mrs. Wilbert Shorb, Sr., of Silvar Spring, Md., visited Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Sealock New Year’s afternoon. Mr. Shorb and Mr. Sealock are co-workers on their daily jobs. Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Goran son were Sunday dinner guests of her parents, Mr and Mrs. Sam North. Weekenders in the Blue Ri^lge Mountain Estates included Mr. and Mrs. Harold Schilz of Alexandria, Mrs. Opal Burnette from Gallipolis, Ohio; Mr. and Mrs. L.S. Stewart of Silver Spring, Md., and Mack Fulton of Manassas.

After a week’s stay in Warren Memorial Hospital, Benjamin Fra Her was able to come horre Tuesday.

Mrs. LouisaKreidermacher and daughter, Mrs. Annalore Shelton, of Winchester called on Mrs. Bessie Parks and mother Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Shirley Shelton accompanied the ladies from Winchester where she has been convalescing since Christmas.

Mr. and Mrs. LaVern Kirrcheman and two children of Menno, So. Dakota, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Linwood Poole, of Winchester, spent Sunday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Andrew R. Williams.

Victims of the flu in the community include Glen Williams, the small son of Mr. andMrs. Sherman Williams, and Ermand Morris.

Mrs. Joe Williams and Mrs. Andrew R. Williams transacted business in Winchester Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. PaulBeigbeder of Alexandria visited her brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Goranson Sunday afternoon at their mountain cottage.

Mrs. A. E. Parks accompanied her brother, H. P. Cheney, to Suburban Philadelphia Thursday.
