Richmond, Virginia: and the bill stating that there are or maybe unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title, and, or parties unknown having an interest in the lands of Joseph Allen, deceased, whose names and addresses are unknown and made parties defendant by the general description of "parties unknown.”
It is ordered that the said non-resident defendant, namely. Virgie Marie Smoot (also known as Virgie Marie Howard) if living, and that the said defendant not found, namely. Benjamin Muntford, if living, and the said persons made defendants by the general description of “parties unknown” do appear within ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia; that a copy be posted at the front door of the Court House of Rappahannock County, Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy thereof to each of the said defendants to the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten (10) days after the entry of this order of publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause.
