Steel framework outlines the turbine generator building for the first two units of the North Anna Power Station being built by Virginia Electric & Power Company in Louisa County. Vepco’s proposals to extend new high voltage powerlines from this and another generating station in West Virginia have been stymied by a year of hearings and re-hearings before the Fauquier Planning Commission. Now the company is appealing to the Fauquier Board of Supervisors, and the powerline controversy will be on the agenda for t^e Board’s first meeting January 13.
