MR. AND MRS. EDWARD H. BAILEY of Washington were honored with a dinner January 31, 1971 in celebration of their fortieth anniversary. The dinner, given by their children, was held at their home in Washington.
The former Miss Ethel Virginia Timbers and Edward H. Bailey were married in Washington, Va., December 28, 1931, by the Rev. Luther Banks.
