Mrs. Maurice Manuel and daughter Harriet of Front Royal were luncheon guests Thursday of Mr. and Mrs. B.M. Varner and visited Mrs. H.B. Winfrey in Woodville.

Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Coates and daughters Cassie and Susan returned Thursday from a visit with Dr. and Mrs. J.P. Snead Jr. in Boca Raton, Fla. Cassie Coates returned to her classes Monday at Fairfax Hall, Waynesboro.

Capt. and Mrs. Ulrich Maeyer and daughter Nicole, who recently moved to Arlington, spent the holidays with her Darpntc. Dr and Mrs. Carroll Ouaintance. Mrs. George Lillard and daughter of Alexandria were their guests Sunday.
