The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise of the real property in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, owned by Joseph Allen at the time of his death, containing 5.4 acres, and bounded by the lands of Walter and King, and being on the east side of Route 729, also known as Richmond Road.
