THE BOARD of Directors of the Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District has summed up some of the District’s achievements for 1971. The District covers Rappahannock, Culpeper, Greene, Madison and Orange Counties.
In Rappahannock there are around 300 landowners who have agreed to cooperate with the District in conserving the natural resources of the county.
