26-1/4 acres, more or less, located on the north side of State Secondary Road #729, about one mile east of Laurel Mills, as described by metes and bounds in the survey by John Boldridge, SCC, dated March, 1929, as recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 35, page 145, a copy of which plat and survey is filed with the Bill of Complaint in said partition suit and marked Exhibit “A.” Reference is hereby made to said deed and partition suit for further particulars and description of the land to be sold.
Sale of the above tract of land shall be subject to the approval and confirmation of the Court.
TERMS OF SALE: CASH. Ten per cent (10%). of the total purchase price shall be paid to said Court on the day of sale, and the balance thereof shall be deposited by the Special Commissioners to the credit of the Court in the Farmers & Merchants National Bank of Flint Hill, Virginia, on or before ten (10) days after the date of said sale.
