IT WAS established, with full approval, that three members would constitute a quorum for a meeting, and that any variances or exceptions sought to existing ordinances should be proposed at one meeting and acted upon the next — though this would not require publication.
Any change, as an addition or deletion or reconstruction of an ordinance, must be advertised for public hearing.
