Cleanup to continue
THE ENTHUSIASTIC Rappahannock youths who took to the secondary roads Saturday for “Opera- . tion Cleanup” will continue their good deed this coming Saturday. Since completion of the project was impossible in only one day, these young people will contribute another day’s efforts.
Response to the cleanup campaign was good in some areas of the county and disappointing in others. The lack of adult participation in some areas was appalling, while adult response in others was good.
It was obvious in some areas that Pabst was the popular choice while Carlings took top honors in others. Everywhere it was apparent that Millers and Schlitz blend better with the dry foliage and are better camouflaged.
