R.E. Gnmsley
Robert Emmet Grimsley Jr., 54, died at his residence in Front Royal on April 17. He was a native of Rappahannock County, the son of the late Molly Foster and Robert Emmet Grimsley Sr.
Mr. Grimsley had been employed for 16 years by the FMC Corporation and was a member of Lodge #829, Loyal Order of the Moose.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Helen Ritenour Grimsley and three sons, James, Eddie and Joey, all of Front Royal; one daughter, Mrs. Patsy Stout, also of Front Royal; and seven grandchildren; two brothers, George Grimsley of Flint Hill and Merle Grimsley, Luray; a sister, Mrs. Ethel Lillard, Flint Hill and a half-sister, Mrs. Anne Wince of Winchester.
A funeral service was held in the Maddox Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.
