Cil Davis of Washington, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis Jr., was named ‘‘Miss Rappahannock” in competition Friday night when the Rappahannock Jaycees sponsored the annual beauty pageant. In second place was Judy Kay Alther, center, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jonas Alther, Washington, and Robin Rebecca Estes, also of Washington, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Estes, was third.
