MAYBE IF THE people in charge of such activities would take a little time to notice some of the things outlined at the beginning of this piece, they wouldn’t have so much time for plotting new outrages. If they truly enjoyed Rappahannock’s beautiful country, they surely wouldn’t want to chop .it down, and string it over with high voltage powerlines. □
