The Rev. and Mrs. Don Herb of Smithers, British Columbia, Canada, were overnight guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Carver. The Herbs, who are missionaries with the Carrier Indians in Canada, were speakers Sunday night at Thornton’s Gap Regular Baptist Church.

Mrs. Stanley Rowland of Falls Church was an overnight guest Sunday of Mrs. W. M. Fletcher.

On Saturday, Mrs. W.M. Fletcher, Mrs. W. A. Miller with Mrs. Aylett Buckner of Sperryville and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Faulconer of Orange visited the pottery plant at Toano and lunched in Williamsburg.

Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Buntin and daughter Nancy were Saturday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Simon Kamminga at Lake of the Woods.

Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr. and daughter Drucilla were visitors from Friday until Sunday at Bethany Beach, Md. with the Rev. and Mrs. Park Dickerson.

Mr. and Mrs. E.E. Federline and Mrs. J. D. Smith of Arlington were Sunday callers of Mrs. B. M. Miller on Mt. Salem Avenue.

Mrs. T. C. Lea is visiting this week in Nags Head, N. C. with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. John Cargill.
