Mr. and Mrs. Claude Green of Warrenton celebrated their sixtieth wedding anniversary Sunday, June 4 with a lawn reception at their home arranged by their family. Mr. and Mrs. Green were bom and reared in Rappahannock County. They were married June 4, 1912 and in 1917 moved to Fauquier County. Their children are Marvin Green and Mrs. Floyd Bywaters of Warrenton, Mrs. Shelton Edwards of Fairfax and Mrs. Alvin Hoffman, Willingboro, N.J. They have 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. .
