NOTICE
The Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance states in part:
A Certificate of Occupancy shall be applied for simultaneously with the application for a Building Permit. It is unlawful to use a building until this certificate is obtained. Upon notification of the completion of a building, the Administrator will issue the Certificate of Occupancy; providing the building conforms with the provisions of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.
The use of a building may not be changed until a Certificate of Occupancy is obtained from the Zoning Administrator. -
