Bob Palmer,' coach for five years of the Eastern Slopes Junior Ski Team, will be presented by the Rappahannock Library on Wednesday, January 17, at 8 p.m. in a program on skiing. “Questions and Answers.” Ski techniques, equipment, clothing and areas will be discussed and demonstrated. All skiers, to-be-skiers, beginners, “Snow Bunnies” and experienced “slope hounds” are invited to come to hear about America’s fastest growing sport. Palmer is a former manager of the Rappahannock Ski Area.
