NOTICE Trash removal service within the Town of Washington, Virginia will be the first Saturday of each month beginning January 6, 1973. Trash should be in place for pick-up by not later than 9 a.m. each first Saturday morning. Burnable items will not be picked up and use of plastic bags for trash disposal was urged by Mayor Andrew Kozik.
