Since the understandability of a publication means the difference between following or not following orders, it was her job to make sure that, in the many activities in the U. S. Army Material Command, each activity was operating according to instructions.
THIS PAST year she visited activities in New Jersey, Missouri, the Metropolitan Washington area, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Alabama, and California, spending several days in each place.
Now that it’s over, Mrs. Vetter hope^to soon finish the house rerhodelling her husband started before his death in 1971.
She says she’d like to visit all the old neighbors in the community and new ones, too; and not to ever have to get up at 4:45 a.m. again or to worry about getting to work late because of ice and snow. □
