ONION CHEESE RIBS
26 ribs 1/3 cup butter 1 cup buttermilk
2 cups enriched self* Onion salt
rising flour* Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon sugar
Melt butter in'fcl x 9 1/2-inch pan. Stir together flour and sugar. Stir in enough buttermilk to make a soft dougn. On floured surface gently knead dough forf 30 seconds or until smooth. Roll dough out on well floured surface to 13 x 9-iftch rectangle. Cut in half lengthwise; then cut into 13 strips crosswise. Dip each strip in pan with melted butter, turning until all sides are buttered. Place strips in 2 rows close together in same pan. Sprinkle ribs with onion salt and Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated 450° oven about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
