All that certain tract or parcel of land containing 180.5 = acres, more or less, (178.5 acres, more or less, being located in Wakefield District, "Rappahannock County, Virginia, and being on the north side of State Route 647 and two acres, more or less, located in Jackson District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and being located south of Route 647 at the intersection of this route and Route 637, together with dwelling situated thereon); and being the same tracts or parcels of land conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated February 27, 1960, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office erf Rappahannock County, Virginia, on March 30, 1960, in Deed Book 71 at Page 497.
The 178.5 acres, more or less, may be more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Jordan River and following the bend of the Stream and continuing along State Route 637 to the junction of State Route 647 and then along State Route 647 in a northwesterly direction to a stake designated on magnetic meridian 1935 indicating a party fence line of the J.I. Rucker property and thence in a westerly line to the point or place of beginning.
The two acres, more or less, may be more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the junction of State Route 637 on the southerly side of State Route 647 and running thence in a southerly direction to a fence line indicated as the party division line of property held by the estate of the Cowgill family, thence running in a westerly direction and returning to State Route 647 and thence in an easterly direction to State Route 647 to the point or place of beginning. *
AND BEING the same property acquired by Witold Runcewicz and Dorothy A. Kuncewicz, his wife, by deed dated May 9, 1964 and recorded May 15, 1964 in Deed Book 81 at Page 331 among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
