Mrs. Mills
Funeral services for Mrs. Lessie Lee Mills of Castleton, widow of Bushrod Mills, were held Monday at 1 p.m. at Geest Funeral Home Chapel conducted by the Rev. David Brown and the Rev. Archie Clatterbuck. Burial was in the family plot of Forest Grove Cemetery, Viewtown.
Mrs. Mills, 84, died at her residence February 19, 1973. She Was the daughter of the late Thomas Jackson and Mary Frances Settle
Doffermyer of Culpeper County. She was a member of Forest Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Moffett G. Mills of Warrenton and James P. Mills of Castleton; five grandchildren and a greatgrandson.
Pallbearers were James Pullen, Linwood Settle, Paul Sites, James Mills, Donald Mills and Jerry Mills. □
