My car was confiscated in October for shooting a deer out of season^ and my gun also. The day of court, I was found guilty. I got my car back, but not my gun.
The Commonwealth’s Attorney let my lawyer have the gun by my sayso for a hundred dollars, or I didn’t get anything. Naturally, I took the money. My father offered $150 for .the gun, but they wouldn’t let him have it.
