Cleverly, widow, in that certain Deed of Exchange dated November 6, 1967 and recorded in Deed Book 90 at Page 334 of the land records of said County, and containing 0.837 acres, more or less; And being a portion of the herein above described parcel containing 178.5 acres of land.

Sedwick, thence with his line S. 15-1/2 W. 6 chains to the beginning containing,? acres, more or less.
AND BEING the same property acquired by Witold Kuncewicz and Dorothy A. Kuncewicz, his wife, by deed dated April 17, 1964 and recorded May 15, 1964 in Deed Book 81 at Page 322 among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
