Mr. and Mrs. Paul Poling and daughter Cheryl, accompanied by Tom Taylor of Sperryville and Mrs. Matilda Walker of Washington, Va., were guests for dinner Sunday of Mr. and Mrs, Henry Lillard at Rapidan. The dinner was in honor of the birthday of Mrs. Walker, and they were joined by Mr. and Mrs. Richard Graham and children of Bristow. In the afternoon they visited Mr. and Mrs. Emmett Hunt of Orange.
Mrs. Sarah Latham accompanied Carl Schumacher, Jay Schumacher, Bert Fidler and David Perkins of Elkton to Washington r D.C. Thursday where they attended the Mid-Atlantic Newspaper Conference at the WashingtonHilton. Saturday Susan Latham, with members of the RCHS Photography Club, attended the Photography Exhibition at the Shoreham Hotel in D.C.
