Have you checked over the values of your buildings and furniture recently? Do you have enough fire insurance? When was your electric wiring checked? Our rates have not been changed in 22 years. Our rates per $1,000 coverage are: $1.50 on homes occupied by owners; $3.00 on all other homes; $6.00 on commercial property. All of our policies expire on December 31 of each year.
