Speaking of justice in the county, I have read the letters in the paper in the past weeks. I agree with them.
If you own property you are worse off than the welfare cases. For example:
My property has been in the family since before my . husband was born, and in one year he will be old enough to retire. All you can do in Rappahannock County is pay your taxes or they will sell the land. If you want to build an OUTHOUSE you have to get an OK from someone that sits behind a desk, not out working like the poor man has to do.
Can’t put a trailer on said land even if its fixed nice. There is a trailer by me that looks like a mansion compared to a house that, is here.
