THERE IS NO doubt about what most people in the Piedmont Virginia area think about the Virginia Electric and Power Company’s plans to build a network of high tension power lines through the area.
Their thoughts came out during two days of hearings on the Vepco proposals last
week at Warrenton and Washington, Va. Overwhelmingly, the people opposed the company plans, and testimony pictured Vepco as a heartless, high-handed tion.
