Two vehicles were involved in a collision Saturday afternoon on “Route 642 south of Amissville. Buford Edwards of Amissville operating a ’65 Chevrolet made a left turn at a hill - crest into a residence driveway in front of a ’51 pickup. Driver of the truck was Stephan Louis Spencer of Rixeyville.
No injuries resulted and Edwards was cited for failing to yield the right of way. Damage to the truck was set at $200 and estimated at $500 to Edwards car.
