The bride-elect is a graduate of West Springfield High School and attended Northern Virginia Community College. Currently she is employed by Comprehensive Neuropsychriatic Services, Fairfax.
Mr. Powers is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph G. Powers of Holly Spring Farm, Boston. He was graduated from Culpeper County High School and attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is employed with Rappahannock Farmers’ Cooperative, Sperryville.
A July wedding is planned.
