DISTRICT captains for the spring county clean-up scheduled for 9 a.m. Saturday, April 14 in Rappahannock have been announced by campaign chairman Kermit Weakley. These captains will coordinate the clean-up in each district with the aid of volunteers who will, it . ; is hoped, provide manpower, trucks and moral support.

Captains are: Hampton District, Edward M. Clark, phone 675-3608; volunteers will meet at Washington fire house. Wakefield District, C. Keeton Barnes, Flint Hill, 364-1169; workers will assemble at Flint Hill fire house. Also in Wakefield at Chester Gap, Hubert Gilkey, Jr. will coordinate activities from Chester Gap fire house. Raymond Johnson will head Stonewall District workers who will assemble at Woodville Post Office. His phone number is 9878685. In Hawthorne District, Irvin L.
