Miss Robbins is a graduate of Hampton High School and Westhampton College of the University of Richmond where she majored in Elementary education. Miss Robbins is presently employed by Hampton City Schools.
Mr. DeBergh is the grandson of Mrs. Julian Neville Major of Riverton, Va., and the late Mr. Major, and the late Randolph Rutherford DeBergh and Mrs. Elizabeth Harris DeBergh of Washington, Va.
Mr. DeBergh is a graduate of Sturgeon Bay High School. Sturgeon Bay, Wis. and Richmond College of the University of Richmond where he received hisB.A. degree in history. He is employed by Cumberland Homes Corporation, Front Royal.
