Trail ride

THERE will be a trail ride this Sunday at 1 p.m. <f from John and Patty Alexander’s on Fodderstack Road, Flint Hill (Route 628).
The ride will be all the way to Skyline Drive via Mount Marshall fire road in Shenandoah National Park. Riders should be prepared to stay our for four hours if it’s a nice day. .The ride will be conducted as an Endurance Ride with pulse and respiration stops at stress points and riders will be instructed as to=how to take and interpret P&R readings, observe for muscle tremors, leg swellings, etc.

Mr. and Mrs. Strother Brown of Jackson Heights, New York announce the birth of a son, Thomas Strother on March 30.
