A Parent-Teacher Association membership drive at Rappahannock County Elementary School has been concluded and those securing the most members recognized for their diligence. Carol Foster placed first; Ray Stirman, not pictured, was second; Robert Harrell was third and in fourth place was Betty Gatewood. More than 300 memberships were solicited, according to Mrs. Elisabeth P. Carter, Chairman of the Membership Committee.
