A doubleheader program is planned for a meeting sponsored by the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection at 8 p.m. Friday, March 22 in the court house in Washington. Featured speakers will be Robert R. Jacobsen, superintendent of the Shenandoah National Park, and William T. Bolger, executive director of the Virginia Outdoors Foundation.
Superintendent Jacobsen will discuss the interrelationship of the Shenandoah National Park and Rappahannock county, in a presentation tracing the history of the park, and culminating in the new master plan system.
