Tract #1: All that certain tract or parcel of woodland known as the “Gaither Woodland Tract”, containing two acres, more or less, and bounded by the lands of Moore, J. Newbill Miller and Tyler.
Tract #2: That certain tract or parcel of land containing 3.85 acres on the south side of Nixon’s Arm and described by survey of J. E. Sutphin made on April 1,1903, as follows: “Beginning at a largo dogwood corner to W. A. Dea the rage heirs, thence with their line N. 50 W. 14.11 chains to a pile ef stone by a Urge locust, thence S. 77-1/4 E. 3.50 chains to a point in the road leading from the mountain, thence with the road, S. 52-1/2 E. 4.80 chains S. 63 E. 1.00 chain, S 85-3/4 E. 1.40 chains, N. 77 E. 2.50 chains, N 86-1/4 E. 3.00 chains to a point in middle of said road opposite the end of stone fence, S 28rl/2 W. 6.82 chains to the beginning containing 3.85 acres.” The hereinbefore described tract of land is the same land acquired by Barnett Green from L. J. Moore, et als, by deed dated February 11, 1903, and, recorded in Deed Book W, page 100 of the Clerk’s Office aforesaid.
