“Originally, it was thought the loss would be much greater, but if you take the time, like Fauquier did, to get a proper appraisal of the house and the lot it stands on, and then appraise the farm and land use values, then the amount of revenue loss is not as great as everyone originally thought it would be.”
Forberg introduced John Martin, who will conduct the local reappraisal, and the members of the reappraisal board who will advise and assist him, if necessary. Members of the board are H. S.
