Canton Construction Company of Amissville bid $3,100, for each phase of the job. H.E. Parrish of Centreville bid $3,800 for the whole job, provided the dirt to cover the dump was available-on site. James Li Atkins of LeeHigh Construction
Company of Washington bid $5,250 for the entire job. Eagle Construction Company of Manassas bid $5,500, but noted it would cost extra if they had to bring in additional dirt. William A. Hazel of Fairfax bid $8,900 for the entire job.
