Homemakers club
The Homemakers Club will meet at the Flint Hill fire hall on Tuesday, October 15, at 7:30 p.m.Miss Lavetta Fraley from Potomac Edison will present the program: “Color is How You Light It.”
She will demonstrate the effects of various lighting sources on color. Textured or highly colored fabrics can look different under different light sources. She will also advise on selecting a bulb that gives the most light output per watt of energy used.
Plans will also be made on Achievement Night Program for November 12 at Chester Gap. Everyone is urged to come to this meeting. □
