NOTICE OF VIOLATION
OF BUILDING PERMITS
Any partial or completed building construction at a value of $500.00 or more since January 1968 should be covered by a Building Permit under Article 10-11 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County. Owners of such property who have not obtained a permit by November 1, 1974 will be subject to legal prosecution under Article 15 of the Zoning Ordinance. The County is currently conducting an intensive on-site survey of all real estate in Rappahannock County. Builders who have not obtained a Permit may apply at the County Zoning Office between 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
