Culpeper and Madison, by narrow votes. Gilliam won in every Rappahannock precinct, except one, and the Woodville vote ended up in a 119-119 tie. Rappahannock voters also favored an amendment to the Virginia Constitution which will allow grants of state funds to students who attend private colleges. The Rappahannock votes, by precinct, follow:
