Fletcher, Kathryn Fletcher Murray, William Albert Fletcher, John W. Fletcher, Addie Fletcher Dade Green, Arnold Sagalyn, Louise E. Sagalyn, Luther T. Fletcher, Precious P. Fletcher' Ebron, Hannah D. Fletcher Johnson, Louise Fletcher Oliver, Juanita Fletcher, James E. Fletcher, Jr., Marlene Fletcher Robinson, Charleszetta Fletcher, Katherine Fletcher Evans, Cether Thomas, Irene Fletcher, Yvonne Fletcher, Nancy Miller Booth, AND ANY OTHER UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND SUCCESSORS IN TITLE, if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the lands Byrd Fletcher died seized and possessed of, including but not limited to John Wesley Fletcher, James B. Fletcher, William Howard Fletcher, Daniel Fletcher, Eugenia Fletcher, and John J. Miller, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear within ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interest.

It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy thereof to each of the said Defendants at the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten days after the entry of this Order of Publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause.
