Members of the Seventh Grade classes at Rappahannock County Elementary School will tour Richmond, Jamestown and Williamsburg January 23-25, 1975. In order to help defray expenses of the trip, the class will sell candles in the county during the next two months.
A wide assortment of candles will be available from students at a price of $1.75 each. The candle sales are timely with the approaching holiday seasons, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s. “With the purchase of candles, area residents help the students finance the trip and conveniently secure needed holiday items,” said a class spokesman.
