been in session every day after school for the past couple of weeks at the elementary school. Theplay will be given on the 21, 22 and 23 of November. All proceeds will go to the Rappahannock Recreation Association. Tickets will be sold for $1.00 and $1.75. Several Rappahannock students have parts in the play and others will be helping behind the scenes with make-up, props and other jobs. Glad to hear it’s going well Mr. Bomburger, we’re really looking forward to it. One final note to our student body president, who’s been in the hospital due to a basketball injury... “Hope you’ll soon be back on your feet and feeling better, Andy—from us all.”D

Trail ride

Trail riders of Rappahannock are asked to bring lunch for a ride and picnic on Hazel Mountain in Shenandoah National Park, starting at 11 a.m., November 10. Directions to the take off area are: Take Route 211 to Sperryville and turn left at the Emporium; make the next left onto Route 522; go about one half a mile, turn right on Route .231; continue about 4 miles to Tholands (go past Piedmont Farm entrance) and turn right at second entrance (trail ride sign).
