Effective June 16, 1975, theVeterans’ Administration will pay to any eligible female veteran the dependency allowance properly payable by reason of her having a living spouse for the period of her pursuit of a program of education under the provisions of Chapter 34 of Title 38 USCA during the period commencing June 1, 1966 and ending October 24, 1972.
In addition, if any female veteran who was receiving 50% or more compensation prior to October 24, 1972 was denied a dependency allowance, such money will be awarded on a retroactive basis. Payment of this dependency allowance will be mad e following receipt by the
