Mrs. Amos Butler was a Sunday night guest of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Butler in McLean and spent the remainder of the week with Mr. and Mrs. Winston Sibert in Sterling, returning home Friday. Weekend visitors of Mrs. Butler were Charles Burke and son John of Arlington. They were joined Sunday by Lewis Butler and son of McLean for dinner.

Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson arranged a dinner for retired postal employes and wives at Graves

Lodge, Syria, on October 9 which was attended by about 67. Callers Monday of the Johnsons were Mr. and Mrs. Walker and Miss Olive Sutter of Fredericksburg.

Mrs. Raymond Johnson was a visitor last week of Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Ingram at Hampton.

Dr. and Mrs. W. E. Hopkins of Norfolk were guests for the week
