Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Alese Price Atkins; two sons, Geovonni L. Atkins of Stanley and Randell Atkins of Greensboro, N.C.; a daughter, Mrs. Deborah Weaver of Luray; five brothers, James and Fred Atkins, both of Washington, Va., Harrison Atkins, Front Royal, Eugene Atkins, Valdosta, Ga. and Julian Atkins of Union Beach, N. J.; three sisters, Mrs. Douglas Estes of Whittier, Cal., Mrs. William Price of Union Beach, N.J. and Miss Jean Atkins of Washington, Va.; and five grandchildren.
A funeral service was held October 11 at the Bradley Funeral Home, Luray and burial was in the Beahm’s Chapel Cemetery near Luray. □
